Over the years, MISA has evolved from a small group of data processing professionals to a diverse group of managers, programmers, analysts, auditors, creative consultants and administrators with our partner vendors. We are employees of the State of Michigan with a common interest in finding innovative ways to apply new technology to perform our jobs more effectively and efficiently while improve State services for the citizens of Michigan.

Our speaker this month is Rajesh Paladugu.  Rajesh is a developer with DTMB/Administrative Applications Remedy Team.  Rajesh has been with the Remedy team for 4 years and worked for BMC Software before coming to the State of Michigan.  Rajesh has also been a part of the team that has upgraded Remedy to the latest version.  Rajesh will be presenting a demo of the new SRM (Service Request Management) for Remedy
